FRAUD PROTECTION
We take all attempted fraud extremely seriously and it is our duty to protect our customers.
We receive behind the scenes information from our payment processors to aide fraud detection that may otherwise go under the radar. Sometimes it is necessary to take unusual action to detect these frauds. You may receive an email or postal receipt (sent to the card holders address) for your order before your goods are despatched. Whilst this is not always convenient for us or our customers, we have found this method has drastically reduced our exposure to fraudulent orders and will continue to operate for as long as it remains effective. Since credit card fraud is an ever evolving universe we reserve the right to withhold orders where our systems detect any risk. We do make every effort to contact you via phone, email or post to keep you informed.
UK FREE Delivery
If your order value is over £99 your order will be shipped free of charge. Other delivery charges are calculated at checkout.Your goods are insured whilst in transit and usually arrive within 1 - 5 working days depending on which service you choose.
PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Orders placed after 18th December may not arrive before Christmas, however they will arrive before New Year. Naturally, you may still place your order over the Christmas period, but normal service will not resume until the first working day after 1st January. Your order will be packed and ready, however courier services do not operate everyday over the holidays.
Courier Deliveries
All large items are sent out by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will not be arrive until the following Tuesday onwards. Remote areas can take longer for goods to reach.
Our Express delivery is NOT a guaranteed service but we do make every effort on our part to dispatch your order on the same working day it is placed - we realise your order is important to you and we strive to ship promptly.
IMPORTANT
Orders placed AFTER 2:00pm cannot be processed and shipped out for same day dispatch and will be queued for dispatch the following day.
Northern Ireland/Channel Islands
All deliveries to Northern Ireland & Channel Islands are charged at special rates because it costs us more to ship to these locations. Delivery charges are calculated and clearly shown at checkout (a surcharge may also be payable for large items). Channel Islands customers - we can refund your VAT on your transaction - please contact us after you have made your purchase with your order number, email, name etc and we will process your refund within 5 days.
Worldwide Delivery
We can ship orders outside of the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. A surcharge may also be payable for large items due to the constantly changing shipping prices.
