Salomon Man's Board Snowboard 165 - 2012
New for 2012, Salomon have brought us the Man's Board. The Man's Board is for snowboarders who just want to get back to the way snowboards used to be, none of this reverse camber nonsense or softly, softly, bendy jib board malarkey; just a snowboard. All of this doesn't mean that the Man's Board is unapproachable and dangerous, not at all; it's just a snowboard with regular camber, stiffer than medium flex and a killer alcohol related graphic. Although designed to be a little retro, the Man's Board has a few concessions to our times. It's no way as stiff and heavy as boards of the past and a lot of this is down to its very green credentials with basalt, bamboo and cork featuring heavily in its construction. This modern construction means the Mans Board has plenty of pop and poise too, making it way more fun than it's nominal forefathers. A great board for intermediate riders upward the Man's Board will bring a smile to your face and beautiful lines down the gnarliest powder face on the mountain.
