Delivery Information
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 regardless of your order size.
Your goods are insured whilst in transit and usually arrive within 2 - 5 working days.
Pre-Christmas deliveries
Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders taken after 18
December due to the busy Christmas and New year periods.
Courier delivery takes 2-5 working days
All large items are sent out by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Orders
placed on a Friday will not be arrive until the following Tuesday onwards. Remote areas can take longer for goods to reach.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
For guaranteed next day delivery please speak to one of our mail
order staff on 0131 229 5887 and specify that you
really, really need next day delivery. They will be able to advise
you if
this is possible and how much it will cost. Our human staff can advise!
Northern Ireland
All deliveries to Northern Ireland are charged at £10.00.
However, if the goods are small and light enough to send by Royal
Mail there is no extra charge.
Foreign orders
We can ship orders to foreign counties outside of the United Kingdom. Please email us to request a shipping quote for the items you require. We have a special process for these orders and this is currently only available via email.
